Been using this app for receiving business supplies. Every time the app updates an old issue pops back up all over again. Since the update, the app hasn't updated the tracking for any of my packages at all. I have an order for business coming in and if this goes missing you can be damn sure Purolator will be getting contacted about the issue, but not by me. By the Company I work for. Good luck with that one Purolator.

It works fine but the alerts notification can be improved. I shouldn't have to put the sender's email in order to get an email notification. Plus there should be text notifications as well.

Works fine. Does not however, allow changes to shipping address. I wasn't home due to business & couldn't change the receiving address to a family members. Not very customer friendly, even after multiple calls trying to change the address. My package is going to sit unattended for days. I set up an automated notification to email me once the package arrived in my province & never got one.

This app isn't bad but could be improved upon. Especially with multiple deliveries. And the notification part should not require me to re-enter both the to and from address and postal codes especially when all that info is already included in the tracking number. Seems a little redundant.

Useless, absolutely useless, it never updates or understands anything, it still claims to need the unit number for the receiving address and I have input the number several times as well as phoned it in directly, as well as emailed it to Purolator support....I don't know how much more clearly I can express the unit number it is a single digit!!

Worse experience ever. It's easier to go and pickup the parcel. Horrible logistics. Owfull service. Delivering company should at least deliver stuff.

Worst tracking app ever. Easier to go into a computer to track. The app never works for me. It's always glitching, I'm unable to click things. It's basically unusable.
