The Mandate of PSiRA derives from the Private Security Industry Regulation (PSiR) Act 56 of 2001. The Primary objective of the Authority is to regulate the Private Security Industry and to exercise effective control over the practice of the occupation of security service provider in the public and national interest and in the interest of the private security industry itself. PSiRA's Online Services was designed for the Private Security Industry Providers, allowing them to interact with PSiRA and enabling the sector to schedule booking with PSIRA. South African Citizen (Users) may also use it to verify security providers who does work at their homes and\or workplace. This enable users to ensure they appoint registered security providers. NOTE: Some of the features will require internet access to function otherwise if internet is limited or unavailable, these services will not be available until internet access is restored. Its good but I need to ask direct questions about the delay of hourly rates and the state of current security industries and how is psira protecting us as when it comes to its members. I need to ask questions when I am not satisfied with the answers provided. All I am asking is dialogue box for officers to send their grievances.

There's no available dates in durban for psira registration and when i call over the phone . The only thing they good at is to give you music tone and finish your airtime. While we use our own money and if they had enough of our money for registration. They should tell us . This app is useless and good for nothing.

Booking dates are manipulated. There is no other alternative way of booking.. I sit whole day checking for available dates, new dates appears and already been fully booked ..within a split of minute... Of checking in and out it..it can't be possible.

Yep the app work bt when we report this company like SQ Risks SA that is based in Mthatha also East london abt issues of payment rates of work conditions...we see no action taken by Psira...at all....so much that the app does so little that your Psira Agents do....plz help us as Guards....coz we see the app as a safe way to report unfairness without getting fired......
