With your ProVida App you can see your Savings up close!
At ProVida we always make it easier for you, we tell you everything you can do with your ProVida App, to have control of your Savings:
● In the new home, you will be able to find relevant content on what influences the Return on your Savings.
● Likewise, the new home page has a renewed graphic design where you can see your total Savings, along with your contributions and earnings, in a well-detailed and explanatory graph, all with you in mind.
● In the Branches section, you will quickly and easily know the location of the Branch closest to you and thus be able to schedule a visit, if you need it.
● If you requested a withdrawal from your APV or from your Account 2 and it is still in progress, you can check the status of the request from your ProVida App whenever you need it.
● You can log in with your fingerprint conveniently and securely.
● Download your certificates directly to your cell phone.
● Receive notifications of the payment of your contributions.
● See how much you have earned with Profitability since you are in ProVida, both in your Mandatory Savings and if you have APV or Account 2.
● See all the movements of your accounts.
● Use the simulator and discover how to reach the Pension you are looking for.
● Enter directly to the Chat to receive help 24/7 from Pía, your Virtual Assistant at ProVida.
● Know which Fund you are in and change if you need to.
● You will be able to open an APV or a Savings Account (Account 2) and deposit money or, if you need it, make transfers.
● If you are a Pensioner you will be able to have at hand all the information you need about your Pension, such as easily checking the date and amount of your next payment, also obtaining your Pension settlements and changing the method of how you receive your payment as you prefer.
● Access to other procedures and other digital services of ProVida AFP.
● Find relevant information about the Pension System and other initiatives.
