It is an application that designs a universal print circuit board(Perfboard, DOT PCB, Protoboard, Stripboard, Veroboard, Solderless breadboard, Plugboard) for electronic work as a hobby.
ICs, headers, resistors, capacitors, coated wires, metal wires, etc. can be placed on the front and back of the universal board.
With this app, you can test your electronics before ordering a full-fledged PCB board.
It is also useful for projects using arduino and raspberry pi.
