Description
ProFix is an app that allow purchasers easily to book appointment for handover purpose through the app. After handover, they could also easily manage the defects of their units to file in the report. Reports are then able to keep track the status with the app as well. It is all in one app that help purchasers easily to manage and keep track of their unit's defect.
ProFix features:
Vacant Possession Appointment
Able to make vacent possession appointment online.
- choose a date and time to make a reservation.
- appointment will show on today list.
- management then to handover the appointment.
Property Handover
- Management to handover the property from purchasers.
Defect Management
- Easily manage the defects of their units to file in the report.
- Point the defect location on the unit plan image, record the defect with photos, annotate the defect with description.
- Management to handle the reported defect with further actions.
- report status update accordingly through process.
