Private Photo Vault - Keepsafe is an app by KeepSafe in the Video Players & Editors category, listed since at least February 2016. It includes native code only for x86 64-bit, so it won't install on ordinary ARM phones (only on x86 devices such as emulators and some Chromebooks).
