Description
Bimasakti Priority is designed as a work tool for the Building Management team on duty in the field such as engineers, housekeeping, security and others. This application is integrated directly into the main Bimasakti system used by the admin and finance team.
Bimasakti Priority can be used by a team of technicians to record and update data from activities carried out at the location of each unit or area.
Bimasakti Priority provides three menus, namely CARE, UTILITY and HAND OVER.
CARE:
This menu displays all the list of technician jobs that have been scheduled by department managers. In carrying out the work, technicians use Bimasakti Priority to update data, including the time of execution of the work and the solutions carried out and equipped with photographs as proof of completion.
In addition, each technician can also register problems found in the building when they are found through the CARE menu.
UTILITY
Make it easier for the engineer team to record stand numbers and photos on electricity, water and gas meters. This data is sent directly to the finance department to be processed into invoices every period.
HAND OVER UNITS
The handover process can be done easily by utilizing digitization. All unit handover schedules are automatically entered into Bimasakti Priority. The implementation team through Bimasakti Priority can put a mark on the check list that has been prepared and attached with a photo at that time. If there is a sign of a defect on the check list, the system will automatically create a ticket that can be directly followed up by the relevant department.
