Before we begin
This is a practical approach to growth and progression in spiritual life, based on three principles:
First: practical steps. After each step, you find practical matters that you must start practicing if you want to find a real result and growth, but if it is a reading just for reading, you will find it only a group of entertaining stories.
Second: the gradient. Every week a part is read to be applied, so reading more than one part turns into stories only, and failure to continue regularly makes you forget, and also every step based on the step that precedes it does not get the full benefit of reading a part randomly or whoever starts and does not complete the group, then there is a final goal that will not It appears only by completing the series, and during the road you will see things familiar to you and other things that you may hear about for the first time.
Third: Follow-up. It is very preferable for a spiritual guide to follow this approach with you individually, whether the father of confession or a spiritual servant, the important thing is that he has depth and spiritual experience and lived these matters and has enough time to follow you, and if you do not find then ask every day from the Holy Spirit and he will guide you and teach you but the topic It will require more effort and awareness until you can complete to the end, and the Holy Spirit will never leave if you ask for it every day but will be your teacher all days.
