Description
Practical skills are a digital reference work targeted at nursing staff in both the primary and secondary sectors. The app can be used both as a reference book in practice and as a teaching material.
In the app you have the opportunity to:
• Low free text search with the option of narrowed search
• Get read excerpts or entire posts
• Add pictures and notes during posting
• Create folders with selected entries with associated notes and images
• Share folders and notes with other users of the app
• Look up words from the web.
Practical skills consist of approx. 130 descriptions of the method of ordinary nursing tasks, the use of nursing professional measuring tools and the use of assistive devices. Each procedure is structured according to the same template and contains a list of tools used, a step-by-step description of the procedure in words and pictures, tips for completing the task, and references to other procedures. The procedures must be seen as a supplement to Munksgaard's textbooks.
