Discover the “Prepaid” mobile application which allows you to manage your prepaid card anywhere and anytime from your smartphone.
It is a simple and secure solution for activating and managing a La Banque Postale Prepaid Card, a Regliss Card or a Protectys Card,
Why use the Prepaid app?
Practical: whether you are the holder of a prepaid card, parent, child, legal representative or protected adult, the “Prepaid” application offers you functionalities adapted to your uses.
Useful: activate your card, check your balance and the latest transactions in real time, reload or modify your card limits, etc.
Reassuring: if necessary, you can contact your Prepaid Cards Customer Service(1) with an automatic connection (in particular for blocking your card).
Secure: to access the personal space on the mobile application, you must use the username and password that were sent to you by mail when you subscribed to your prepaid card. If you forget your ID, you can request it again(2) by calling the Prepaid Cards Customer Service(1) .
The access codes to La Banque Postale online services do not allow you to access the Prepaid application.
(1) From France: 09 69 36 70 20 (non-surcharged call) and from abroad: + 33 (0)9 69 36 70 20 (cost of an international call to France).
(2)You will be charged for the reissue of your identifier at the rate in force in the Conditions and Rates of La Banque Postale's financial services applicable to individuals.
