Update: I can confirm that issue was rectified and application works well. Hence change the rating. App keeps crashing when I try to buy a powerpack. Defeats the purpose of provider and app. Hope to get it fixed soon or will have to change provider otherwise.

Easy to use. Can do weekly meter readings so are always paying the right amount.

This app is confusing. I pay weekly payments, but it doesn't get deducted from the amount it says I owe. If I hadn't called the 0800 number and purchased a pack with my remaining credits, the amount showing on the app would of been taken out of my bank account. I don't think I will be staying with powershop after my next bill. This screams rip off to me.
