These guys don't deliver your packages and when you try to ask about it the app shows swedish contact options in Finland. Then when you find the finnish options online and contact them, there's no response. I suppose I'll let them keep the package in store then and cancel the order it was for. Flying out on sunday. Have fun delivering on tuesday, if you end up actually doing it this time rather than saying the address is incorrect.. maybe have your drivers learn to read a map to find a hotel 😂

App works well with one major drawback - not possible to set your preferred delivery method or save info about the type of house you live in and delivery instructions. All of this information has to be manually entered for each delivery.

Works well! If there is a problem with deliveries, it's not the apps fault. The other day I happened to be away when the scheduled delivery period started. I wondered whether it would still be possible to change the delivery mode to "Deliver even when not at home" so I opened the app and in less than 30 seconds I had allowed the delivery man to leave the package at my door. Amazing. (I can't confirm, though, whether the delivery man actually received the waiver because I was home when he came.)

App serves no real purpose. It only tracks the packages to the point of it leaving the country of origin. After that, you receive ZERO updates. It takes approximately 2-3 days to leave the country of origin and then can take literally weeks before you receive your package. You will not get ANY updates after it tells you it left the originating country. Again, useless app....

Bad information experience. App shows false information about the parcel status. Customer service gives different information than app shows. In the end both are wrong.

This app doesn't give you much information other than to let you know the item has left the country of origin. Once it reaches the U.S. you will receive no further updates prior to the item showing up at your door.

NEVER has packages sending on time. You can't even email the company because their delivery box is full. Super unreliable company.

This is really terribly bad, just as PostNord as a company. The app can't read the QR code that's in front of it's 'nose' literally. The delivery route info changes all the time and you can't figure out where the heck your parcel is. Unfortunately I have to deal with PostNord also at work and it is a disaster. I wish there was another company that would be able to break the monopoly of PostNord but it's an impossibility due to the company having the political support of the swedish government.

I received an sms saying my package was ready for pickup, but it took 24 hours for the app to say the same. Then the app said I had to register my phone number in order to receive the package, which I did, but the app still said that I had to register my phone number. When I registered it again, it said my number was already registered. And two days later, this has not changed. My package is soon to be returned to sender. Will never use the app or PostNord ever again.
