    Excellent app, lousy delivery service in 8 out of 10 cases. I don't shop anywhere they offer only PostNord as a carrier. Also you might give the English language version an overhaul.

    In my "old" android Galaxy S8 all parcels were added automatically to the app. It was really smooth and simple. Now when I have a new phone Galaxy S20 no parcels are added. Doesn't matter if I am receiving a package from a company or from a private person (Skicka Lätt). I get emails about the package but it is never shown in the app, which makes the app useless. So disappointing!

    Fast and responsive app. One problem i noticed is when you have shared a link via an app then there is no way in changing the app. Also a feature I would like is to be able to share multiple parcels at once.

    Once the item i ordered enters my country, this app won't give any updates on this app or through email on when the item would be send to my house, i will have to figure it myself cause i just missed the delivery and have to wait few more days to received the item

    Most of the time it's helpful, but I just spent 45 minutes on the phone with service center, because my package couldn't be delivered on time since apparently it wasn't ready on time at the distribution center and there is no option to change the delivery time in the app! So just to get a new delivery date because of Postnord mistake I spent 45 minutes on the phone! Fix this please! Or at least add the option on your website, if not directly in the app!

    Very simple to use. Makes it easier to keep track of your parcels, both receiving and spending, as well as buying postage which you can print slips for at the drop of point.

    Slow or often just doesn't work automatically at all, when it does there is literally 0 information about the package so you can't tell one from the other. There are apps that are better and cover more than just post nord deliveries

    Works well! If there is a problem with deliveries, it's not the apps fault. The other day I happened to be away when the scheduled delivery period started. I wondered whether it would still be possible to change the delivery mode to "Deliver even when not at home" so I opened the app and in less than 30 seconds I had allowed the delivery man to leave the package at my door. Amazing. (I can't confirm, though, whether the delivery man actually received the waiver because I was home when he came.)

    Poor service from PostNord itself. Good tracking of the parcel when it was dispatched from Europe and in transit to the UK. Then I heard nothing about it being handed over to Royal Mail or another company, before getting a notification that it had been delivered. I was at home and not received any parcel or anyone attempting to knock on the door. Sent an email requesting information almost a month ago and haven't heard anything at all.

    Decent app. Gives you the required information without any clutter. Easy to use and pleasant to the eye. If only it can have more rapid updates regarding custom clearance on imported good it will make it 5 star.

    Love this up but last update to UX made app worse. Now you can't slide on a package to archive, you have to navigate to each and every package, scroll down to bottom and click archive. Please revert and I'll give 5 stars :)

    useless. it says most of the time "on its way" which does not mean anything. but it is never someone's fault. even when it is days later after the expected day of delivery, it is still "on its way", which is a useless information.

    Please add a dark theme and bring BACK the day counter for each package on the main screen. Having the day counter in TEXT and having to go to each package separately to see it is the worst idea and it makes the app so much less intuitive.

    Each package has a different reporting way. No standard at all and all of the deliveries have one thing in common, they all have a BIG QUESTION MARK WHEN THEY WILL BE DELIVERED!!!!!

    Garbage app and uhhh, what garbage service! The service is so garbage it beat my imagination in more than 2 months of expectations - and I was already expecting the worst possible! Keeping track of a parcel, which showed as "item not registered or not a postnord parcel", after receiving a customs declaration invoice, suddenly the item shows up as being one full month in Sweden, stopped at the customs point ! Absolute garbage! Just appalling! Beyond belief!

    App serves no real purpose. It only tracks the packages to the point of it leaving the country of origin. After that, you receive ZERO updates. It takes approximately 2-3 days to leave the country of origin and then can take literally weeks before you receive your package. You will not get ANY updates after it tells you it left the originating country. Again, useless app....

    The new design is so much worse than the old one, especially when you have quite a few incoming packages. Used to be a nice list, now they're large tiles. Its hard to get a quick overview.

    The new update is worse and less usable. Instead of focusing on giving the user the info they want quickly it's now full of bubble graphics and big text and you have to scroll and navigate to the things you want to see. Couldn't even find the qr code to present to the person scanning on pickup. Previously the app was excellent now its just an abortion and just tried to look good on a superficial level yet provides a lower usability experience.

    App fulfilled all I could ask for prior to last update. Who wants to scroll through useless graphics, previously it loaded my packages page first and due date/parcel nr./location/bankid etc were all available in one click? The upscaling of fonts etc is a mess too. So much clutter/dead space (inc. graphics) overall that one shouldn't have to scroll/search through. Previous UI was, in comparison functional and easy to skim through I thought.

    Great app! You just add your phone number(s) and email address(es) and you can track all the packages assigned to these contact information. Additionally, you can easily contact postnord through various channels.

    So far it has worked flawlessly for me. One improvement suggestion is to use this system and avoid sending a hard copy of post slip in the mail box. Once I am tracking the package through the app. and there is an option to send an email as well; there is no need for an extra physical copy of the post slip. Less print on papers => less 🌲 that needs to be cut => less impact on the 🌍 🙂

    The app would be great if it doesn't fail from time to time. Like my last 2 packages: once they could not be delivered at home, they were sent to a Service Point BUT immediately a wrong message "unsuccessful delivery attempt" was added at the same time that the message "your package is at Service Point XXX". Thus, no way to collect it. UPDATE: PostNord replied to my email confirming this issue. It's good they are working on it.

    It's a nicely designed app, it has a bunch of nice features that are supposed to make your experience better (nice UI, illustrations, stats, etc.). However, I gave it two stars because it's a "track and trace" app, I don't need fancy features, I need it to be reliable, especially when it comes to the delivery estimates and the location of my package. How can I count on it when my package is in another country, yet the delivery date is estimated to be "today"? Stop misinforming your users.

    I never needed it before, but i went on an internet shopping spree, im talking a couple packages a day for 2 weeks. i downloaded the app and boom! everything in one place, and i only have a few things to do. i entered manually 1 number only, while i used to type them all on browser. . very good so far. as for bad reviews, and people complaints, well, each experience and character is different... top in my books 👌👌

    The app is good and very easy to use. Except from that, the delivery was fast and everything, BUT I live in a apartment, which means they have to press the ringbell down stairs. I was asleep and woke up when they I heard the ringbell. I didn't make it, so basically what I'm tryna say, is that I first got my package 2 days later, and I think they should press the ringbell twice, to make sure the customer isn't home. Maybe they are, but they were just doing smth else, or like me... sleeping:)

    plus is that we get notifications. but the notifications are so generic as to be totally useless. it doesn't tell you where the parcel is or estimated delivery time. 'item is under transportation '..great!? where? how many hours or days left? this is basic functionality for the digital world. where's the real time map with drivers location?

    Great app, and they keep improving it and adding awesome features! Keep up the good work guys. I like the stats, and that you can search for postage now, and see the differences. Haven't tried that feature yet. Having someone else pick up your package by sending them a link is super helpful too!

    So far I really enjoy the design and functionality of the app. Everything runs smooth and easy. The reason I'm leaving 3 stars is because of Postnord's bad customer service. My package has been stopped and hasn't been deliveried for over 3 weeks although it arrived to Sweden almost 1 month ago, they don't bother to answer my emails either.

    Signing up for Modtagerflex- choosing delivery location option is not working. After filling up all the info and hitting the sign up button everytime it appears an error message about checking the network. I tried on different networks and at different times. Apparently there are more people with this problem.

    Used to be a useful great app, but lately it shows incorrect different state than the web. At pickup points it refuses to show the package and - as it turns out - it automatically archived it. For another package it showed ready to pickup state for 2 days after I picked up. Frustrating.

    amazingly smooth for picking up your packages... when it works. it's very inacurate with predicting the day your package will be arriving, just remove the feature completely because it's pointless. It has been over a month now since BankID stopped working with this app, time to do an actual patch Postnord!

    Most useless app ever. Today for the third time this week I wasted a day waiting for a pack that never arrived. I received an email that I would get the parcel today and the app also said delivery today. I checked the app ten minutes after and it changed to on its way, it it arrived in my city like six km away early in the morning and yet they can't deliver it within more than ten hours. Same history three times in one week. Don't use this app as it is useless and the info can't be trusted

    I'm very surprised by the quality of this app. Very easy to use, nice UX, it automatically adds my parcel by looking at SMS or emails. Plus you can authenticate with bank ID so that I can ask a friend to pick up my parcel, and they don't need my ID card. Super convenient!

    You can change delivery from "delivery to door" to something else, but you can not change "delivery to service point" to something else. This could be done in previous versions.

    This app kicks balls. Great information. Great features. Does exactly what I want. Tells me exactly what I want. Unbelievably good, honestly. On iPhone you even get Augmented Reality mode where you can place your package and get a picture of how big it is?! Gimmicky but hey, a fun touch.

    No notifications on Samsung Galaxy S10. Seems to be compatibility issues. Works like a charm on older phones. Failing to start background service? When working, it's a 5-star app. But must work with new phones and new versions of Android to.

    The app is mostly not on time with updates, at least when it takes info from email. I don't like the auto archive feature. In terms of pickup it's useless. Still, it's useful info if the shipment is missing.

    This app provides no real benefit over the webpage. Also Postnord has an abysmal it system when selecting delivery location. I get all my stuff on the other side of town while my better half gets it at the nearest gas station. Even if it is a paid extra service I have to walk 45 min to pick packages up because why bother making things easy for your clients.

    It's an okay app. Error: when entering "Sign up for Mobileflex" menu, one cannot go back. A wish for the system (the app itself cannot do it): register the tracked package as soon as you buy it, not when it is picked up from the shop by a postman.

    Worked wonderfully on my Note 4. Now I have a Note 9 and absolutely nothing works. I get no updates, no packsges added etc. Note 9 isn't even that new! So...what's up? Yes I have of course added emails and numbers and they are validated. I will contact you.

    This used to be the best package tracking app I've ever used. Now got the latest version and sadly its going down the drain. Buy products and asking for feedback after getting each package... Oh come on! Btw, stop calling it package delivered. You don't deliver, clients have to get the packages themselves!

    I've received three "you can now pick up your package" yet within some hours, the package is being moved again. I actually drove to one location before they updated it again (1 hour after I was there). It's been very misleading so far.

    It doesn't update, and when it does, it is wrong, I went to the place to pick up the parcel, and they did not have that. By the way the app does not sync with the sms they send and email too,in one day they sent sms and email and none of them inform the same!

    Worked great until July this year. Can not update with parcels, automatic push notifications still come. Tried reinstalling but still same issue. Update: tried a reinstall again just for the hell of it. It works now.

    Very poor design went in to the creation of this app and delivery system. Why have you made a whole new system which is inherently broken and inflexible built on phone numbers? Why not use design that works with an email based account system like everyone else? At least make it possible for your customer service to correct errors in your backend on the spot, such that deliveries can be fulfilled. What a mess.

    Wonderful app, but every time I refresh the parcel list (even when it's empty) I get "Could not update all parcels. Please try again later." which is somewhat annoying. Been like that for almost a year.

    The tracking information shown in this app is NOT RELIABLE AT ALL. I took my work day off relying on this app's tracking info and it went on vain. Never trust the tracking information here. It is better to call the customer service than using this app to track your shipment. According to the app, I was supposed to get my shipment yesterday and now it is showing me 3 days left. Anyway I called the CS and sorted things out. I am expecting my shipment to be delivered today evening. This review is basically for usability of the app not for Postnord service.

    Excellent app. Great UI, super fast barcode scanner. Even has a feature to notify you to check you bank account 14 days after you made a (return) shipment. Other postal services, THIS is how you do an app!

    App is good, sometimes (like today) for some reason there is 7 instances of the same package that I should receive, so that is confusing and perhaps can result in a problem. Otherwise service was always great and smooth.

    Was good when BankID worked, but it's not anymore and they aren't providing us with information regarding why or when it will be activated again. I have other better apps for all the other features so now this app just a nuisance.

    This app works perfectly. The only flaw found so far is when changing/deleting a phone number. Why force a validation when deleting a number? The phone might be stolen or lost...

    All the info in the app is basically available via the website. So it is a kinda useless app. It needs more capabilities: barcode to ease the process of getting the package for instance

    This app combines the services I use the most in easy to understand user interface. A very cool feature is the automatic addition of parcels when the sender registers it in PostNord's system.

    Super app but after installing android 9.0, no tracking updates att all. Before Android Pie, I was getting tracking updates while my packages moved, but not anymore. I think it's related to restrictions in Android 9.0. plz fix

    Postnord is the worst postal service in Sweden. Always late, misplacement, urgent documents delivered late,no update on the tracking and no proper tracking record. It need to learn something from all other postal service. A shame on the country😡😡

    Difficult to understand how this app works I get an email saying a parcel has to be collected but it was not visible in the mobile app. Also notifications in the app but I cant clear them . Not impressed at all with this App.

    App seem to work but Postnord doesn't. You need to keep track for incoming orders to Sweden yourself since they seem incapable of adding them automatically. Even if you add email and phone number. If you can you should opt to use any other delivery service.

    The app requires you to enter a validation could in order to validate your phone number. Good idea, but none of my attempts to acquire one has been successful- the app appears to be useless!

    When have the same user over multiple devices, and you give the parcel a custom name, why does it not update that name over the other devices? Certain competiting postal apps has this ability..

    "Deliver even when not at home"-function doesn't work. It only accepts delivery with a date and time. The function only works if you delete the app and follow directions by SMS.

    does not update with information regularly, then registers multiple events that don't add up. I have had 3 'failed delivery attempts' today, yet my parcel is still at the depot.

    Pretty much useless ever since it started exiting automatically every time I try adding a tracking number. Clearing the data and reinstalling does not remedy the issue.

    It is not used by postnord. Only one package in three is documented. No tracking of parcels before or after customs handling. Best case they are trackable when loaded on short distribution lorry. Has to go down to delivery station to ask for expected parcels.

    Claims that you can "Select your home delivery options in Sweden" no you can't. Simply incorrect. Also fails to scan bar/qr codes. I suspect the notifications also will fail.

    Very bad experience with is app. Doesn't scan barcode, it also doesn't even track shipment. I do not recommend using postnord for sending a registered mail at all. Too expensive for low value.

    Information not updated on schedule. it was showing it was at the same place for ten days. I picked the package today and it still shows on route. I sent a couple of email messages and never got a response. Very poor service and customer service

    This app doesn't give you much information other than to let you know the item has left the country of origin. Once it reaches the U.S. you will receive no further updates prior to the item showing up at your door.
