Description
- POS Manager app helps merchants to manage activities in POS Machine.
- This is a ground breaking, industry first initiative which gives flexibility to merchants to manage store sales using their smart phone.
- Merchants no need to call help desk to log support tickets nor do they need to check emails to see daily settlement report.
-Store sales can be viewed and monitored from anywhere in the world.
- Merchants can order paper roll, download statement report, raise complaints, view latest settlement report with filter options.
- This digital initiative is expected to improve customer satisfaction and encourage merchants to do more transactions on terminal.
CURRENT BATCH: Transactions which are done after the last settlement will be displayed here.
TICKETS: Problems faced by merchants can be logged and tracked here.
SETTLEMENT: After the settlement, amount paid to merchant will be displayed and filters can applied to find the specific transaction.
STATEMENT: Transaction statements for the required period can be requested here.
PAPER ROLL: Need a paper roll? Use this option to get the required paper roll.
OTHERS: Merchants can change PIN, logout, call support etc., using this option.
ACCEPT PAYMENT: New payment methods such as Bharat QR, AEPS, MPOS are available here.
