The app is not working as it should be. I am older PopOn tutor, and when i saw they made new app i decided to try it. When i logged in i had few calls, but as i didn't know how it functioned now i rejected them to see the app first. I made clan, recorded few of scenarios and yet nothing. I seem to have some messages, but i cannot see them. Online help is no good either. Hopefully, this will be resolved, and if it gets resolved i will put 5 stars.

It was working fine for the first couple of days but i've encountered several issues/ glitches since. First of all whenever i record an audio or a student does so, there is no sound so i can't feedback them on their speaking performance. Calls are often taken which is disappointing. Please solve the sound issue. The other problem is i can't open my inbox, i am being notified about new messages from students but can't access them.

It's not working correctly. I get notifications on my phone for messages from contacts and calls coming in but clicking on them doesn't take me to the app. When I go to the app, the messages are not there and there are no calls. I got a response from the app operator when I sent a message about this, but the answer did not address the question or resolve the issue.

The old Pop On App had only 1 App for both teachers and students. It was simple, user friendly and very well designed. Now it's divided into 2 apps with support being completely absent and everything is a guessing game. We teachers are now forced to setup "clans" without any explanation. We receive notifications about calls but they're never available even when you click instantaneously. In English we have a saying, "Don't fix something, that ain't broke!" This platform is now RUINED!

I already have an account from the previous app and wanted to apply as a tutor, but then when it comes to the Voice test, the paragraph is in Chinese. Although, when it asked what language I speak and would teach, I clearly remember that I clicked "English". I have a little background on Chinese but they were only basic. I cannot fully read the whole paragraph.

This app works fine. I think you just have to improve your guidance of new tutors because it can be really confusing. But overall, I managed to work it out. I still have to check if payment is legit. Will update soon.

I had high expectations for this app but I never got to use it much as the passage for the voice test when applying is in Chinese and I clearly selected English as the language I speak. I am unable to read it. You need to work on that.
