Description
A simple and easy to use application for determining the location of Polaris relative to the north celestial pole. This app is targeted for amateur astronomers and astrophotographers that use a telescope with a German Equatorial Mount.
The app displays the most important parameters that you need while aligning your mount. With the 'save location' option, you no longer need to turn on your GPS to get the hour angle of Polaris, which simplifies and speeds up the process.
The accuracy of this app also allows, with careful alignment of the mount, the possibility for unguided short exposures, or even longer ones with a wider field of view.
