PoCRA Staff Monitoring Application - SMA
The staff monitoring app is designed to track the day-to-day activities of the PoCRA officials working at different levels such as districts, subdivisions, clusters or villages.
SMA is an important tool that helps serve the following essential purposes:
a) Staff Monitoring
b) Data Capturing
c) Data Analysis
This app is designed to ensure that PoCRA is achieving the productivity levels that they are expecting out of their employees. It can help in smooth planning, recording and execution of various activities as per their schedule in a systematic manner. Since this app will be linked to attendance, the issue of delayed payments will also be taken care of.
SMA can help in keeping a track on day to day activities of Cluster Assistants and is beneficial in generating reports on the basis of data that is captured. The Cluster Assistants have to mark their attendance through clicking selfies that are timestamped as well as geotagged. This ensures complete transparency in the work that is scheduled to be performed by the official. It can also help keep a track on individual performances by monitoring their schedules and aggregating key data on their productivity. This ensures proper execution of plans and achieving timely goals.
This App is made for capturing essential data by PoCRA officials through conducting various activities such as:

• Post-Harvest Management
SMA also helps in generating various reports, using data entered by PoCRA officials, which can be accessed by various users.
A PMU/SDAO user can monitor the Cluster Assistant. An Agri Business Specialist will be able to add/update Post-Harvest activities of FPC/FPO, FIG and SHG.
