Description
PLN Mobile merupakan sinergi layanan PLN kepada pelanggan setelah sebelumnya memanfaatkan Contact Center 123, Facebook, Twitter dan Web PLN.
Melalui aplikasi PLN Mobile, pelanggan dapat mengetahui berbagai info mulai dari tagihan rekening listrik, transaksi Token, riwayat pemakaian kwh listrik, lokasi pembayaran melalui banking terdekat serta info status/progres permohonan dan pengaduan. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga memberikan informasi kepada pelanggan terkait status-status pekerjaan PT PLN (Persero). PLN Mobile menjanjikan pelanggan mendapatkan informasi cepat, tepat dan akurat.
