Unrealiable, expected MFA doesnt show up sometime. The fall back one time password won't work because the ping request is in the middle of the complicated authentication script.

It is not user friendly. The authentication code scan doesn't work and says my companies QR scan code is invalid. Not impressed with this app at all.

Very poor authentication, half the time the switch doesn't come up and fter a while the code request comes up. Most of the time I have to sign into the time clock 2 or three times before the authentication request comes through. Unreliable service. I do not recommend.

Why can't it be zero stars? This app is useless in it's entirety. Input pairing code and get error message that I exceeded paired devices. Thus is the 1st device I've tried to pair. So more than zero is unacceptable to the app? Pointless

The app asks for permission to always allow location even though it says it's only used when the app is used. I already it it set to be allowed with app is used, so why is it always asking for permission to always allow even if it's not being used? Also the notification does not come up most of the time.

Absolutely terrible design. If your phone stops working, you have to go through a huge process to get your new phone functioning, a few individuals at my company don't have phones, which in itself is a problem. But having to open the app constantly to log into things gets old fast. Really gets in the way of work speed and flow.

It's so irritating that when you open the app, the code that shows instantly begins updating with a tedious card flipping animation. I hate you for making me wait for no reason. *Edit* plus one star for showing ------ instead of a bad code when I open the app. I'll give you two more stars if you show me a good code when I open the app.

Way to go!!! I use SSO systems at the place I love working to provide my services every single day and I must say that further features shown completely in the user-interface would be absolutely crucial. Transparancy of the highly useful settings and features for your user-clients could give countless levels of ease and relaxation when they are using it to authenticate into the SSO system on the workstation/thin-client/desktop machine. The use and utilization of being able to add more is great.

After using this and Duo side by side for work (2 different clients using different authentication setups) I can say that PingID is severely lacking compared to duo. It's slow and I can't just say approve through a notification like I can with Duo.

Initially, I didn't mind being forced to use it by my work. Relatively easy setup, even for the old folks, and they quickly got used to having to hit a button on their phone when logging into systems. However, having no ability to change what phone I'm using built into the app is just bad design. I'm at work right now on a Saturday, unable to log in due to getting a new phone last night, and the people in my company I'm supposed to contact to reset everything don't work Saturdays. Poor design.
