It doesn't support dual SIM card.
Method of use:
On the first page you will find information about your phone device and SIM card, on the second page you will find the contacts to save on your SIM card
And you can do the following by clicking on the phone number:
Copy the contact number to the Phone Device
to call phone number
Share phone number
Delete the phone number.
On the third page you will find the contacts saved on the Phone Device and you can do the same operations above.

permissions:
READ_CONTACTS and WRITE_CONTACTS : Allows an application to read and write the user's contacts data used in application to show you contacts on SIM card and phone device and do operations on them.
CALL_PHONE: Allows an application to initiate a phone call used in application for call function.
READ_PHONE_STATE: Allows read only access to phone state, including current cellular network information used in application to get SIM and Phone Device Information.
