I like the app and the website however, what would be super useful is the option to sort favorites by distance in the app AND website (nearest or furthest), since this is really helpful as you narrow down choices for pets you will go to meet. As it stands now, you must go into each animal, once in your favorites list, and decipher distance by clicking into each profile. It's very time consuming.

Love the site, hate the app. Pictures load super slow and the share button does not work. So using the app and trying to share kitties with my partner requires that I use the website. I am disappointed but still glad petfinder exists! Thanks for helping us save all the bebes.

I like using the app but it loads pretty slowly compared to other things I use and I don't think it is my phone or internet. The app is just laggy sometimes. Especially with the pictures.

This app is sluggish and shows me large dogs and my profile is suppose to be for small dogs because I'm not allowed to have dogs over 15lbs. My Minipin passed away 09/23/21 and weighed 16lbs. Most he weighed was 21lbs which will pass providing he started less than 15lbs. And I'm getting no responses from other shelters. I lived here for nearly 9years and it's unfair that I can't adopt a dog or get responses period. I live alone and my Tucker was my only companion to keep me from my loneliness.

Love the look and functionality of the app. I've been using it for years and it does keep getting better and easier to use. The only thing that has become super annoying is every time I open the app it acts like it's my first time logging in and doesn't remember my previous search. For me that means redoing the whole search by checking 30+ breeds and redoing the map every time I open the app. Could there be a way that when I login with my username it always remembers my previous search?

The app needs work. For instance I can't even search by location and I would argue that's the most basic action of an app? I love dogs and cats (really all animals) and the fact that good people work so hard to get them adopted....but please work on the search feature so folks don't get frustrated. And yes the app has permission for location

Just found this app. It's looks great to use to Find an addition to our Kitty Collection. Going to give it a try. I have Petfinder in my g-mail but will try this and if I find it to be not good I will take it out.

Great Great Great!!!! One thing though it is VERY slow when you don't have wifi but you have reception. Definitely worth your time😁👍
