Facebook login doesn't work (embedded browser can't be used to login to Facebook), which means that I lost my account with 20$ on it after being forced to switch my phone. So keep this in mind if you use a third party login, because the developers sure didn't.

Loved this app when I first moved in 08/21 because it was considerably more convenient than having to go to the bank every laundry day. However, in the last month the app has started crashing every time I do laundry and I have to delete and reinstall it with every load. There is no option to even use quarters so if the app goes down between cycles, I'm stuck with wet clothes until it decides to work again...

Honestly, this application has been trash. I've tried to use it a number of times and it either tells me the machine I'm trying to use is unavailable or that it can't find the machine. I've tried the QR codes, logging in and out numerous times, redownloading the app. Nothing seems to work. Can I just have my money back out of my account since I can't use it? Spent $80 in the ATM for quarters today and the last time I was at the laundromat. 👎👎👎

Awful. Awful. Awful. Worst app I've ever used. I was charged an extra $28.75 for machines that wouldn't start. I contacted customer service via email with attached screenshots. The outcome? While a little bit of my money was refunded, most of it wasn't. I am extremely disappointed. I'd like to get my money back. I love how apps make like easier and more productive, but not this app. It's not worth the trouble.

If this app worked 100% of the time, hell... Even 50% of the time, it would be super convenient. But it hardly ever connects. I have $10 sitting on the app that I can't spend at the vending machine. It's frustrating. I've restarted. I've uninstalled and re-installed. I've tried the alternative connection method in settings. This app is useless.

Frustrating at times. Since last update (Sept 8 20) the app keeps turning my Bluetooth on (Samsung Android 10) at random times without me knowing so its scanning for Bluetooth devices which drain the battery quicker and makes my phone visible to others which sounds like a safety issue. [UPDATE 10/2021] The app has been working great and with my new Samsung galaxy A52 5G with Android 11 the app turns Bluetooth on when I open the app and then turns it off when I exit the app, so it works good now.

I really like the app it makes my life much easier you do not have to use quarters when you use the app you simply tap the machine number that matches the decal on the machine and hit start it works well I love it however that being said what keeps me from giving it a five-star review is the minimum that you can put into your account is $25 I think this is too high if they gave you option to load a lower amount like $10 or $5 at a time would be even better I will give it a five star review

Wonderful! Came into the laundry mat with a 20.00 bill! Hated breaking that for 1 load of laundry. Having this available is great for those who don't like to have excess change laying everywhere. Or even when you don't have enough change to start a load! Will deff continue to use if we ever need to come back!

Unreliable, If you don't have good cell phone service in laundry room then the app doesn't work well (laundry rooms often in basements without good cell service). The app crashes often, requires you to reinstall. Laundry is a small but important part of everybody's life, and this makes laundry very frustrating. I'm not going stay in this building because this is the only option for doing laundry, if there were a laundromat near me I would go there.

Overall, a great app! Easy to use and minimal downtime, and easy to add funds. My only recommendation - It would be cool if you can check if any washers/dryers are in use that are not yours, in real time and not Bluetooth. It would save time and energy for everyone in lugging their laundry downstairs!
