Every time I try to do something the app will give me that my card is Not eligible to perform the operation!! After I filled all required informations and I used it once successfully to charge my (istanbul kart) via paycell card it's stopped working, and even in the stores it's declining no matter how you will try 😑!!

I tried so many times to remove the limits but to no avail. It just doesn't work for me. I have 5 bank accounts. I have deniz and garanti bank accounts and tried to use both to remove the limits but it did not work. I contacted you many times ocer the email and didn't receive any answers so I had to go public for this issue to be resolved.

I think everyone is facing the same problem as mine after the new update! It doesn't let me log in! Because of the difference between my number and the number with which I registered, while they are actually the same! Fix the problem please!!! I pay my bills through this app

As a foreigner staying for a year in Istanbul, this app is too buggy, i ended up losing money on it, does not properly verify user, the customer service never respond to questions, the app must be installed on a powerful phone (no half whipped quick phones of you are a foreigner, you are out of luck, because your proper phone will stop working after six months, and paycell won't accommodate you). İn addition to the endless dead ends and bugs

The new update does not let me in my account.. i have so many points in my account but it says that the sim card in my phone is different than the one in the account. Which is not true. It was working perfectly until it asked me to update.

I was almost losing money due to a weird issue. Therefore, Please be carefull because that application has got too many bug.If you don't wanna lose your money, then you should look somewhere else.

Its a nice service but I'm having trouble verifying (already did the paymanet through multiple banks and there id no option for is verification)

Customers service is not available for English speakers. Will increase the stars when this is done... The contact information is a number that only speaks Turkish!

I like the service but 750 T.L monthly limit doesn't make any sense. In order to increase the limit you need to make a transaction via your bank account. Well most of Paycell clients they don't have bank accounts that's why they are using it.
