- Authenticate quickly and easily with the complex authentication 'PASS app'.
[Service target]
- KT Mobile/KT MVNO (Rich Phone) Customers
※ Any mobile user over the age of 14 can use it conveniently.
※ Foreigners who can verify their mobile phone identity and corporate customers who have subscribed to the corporate identity verification service can use it.
(However, mobile phones under the age of 19 and corporate mobile phones cannot use mobile phone micropayments)
[main function]
- Simple identity verification: Securely authenticate your mobile phone without worrying about smishing with the 6-digit PIN or fingerprint registered in the PASS.
- Mobile phone payment: You can use mobile phone payment history inquiry and barcode payment.
- Mobile Driver's License Verification Service: You can register your driver's license in your mobile phone and the real driver's license information in the PASS.
- PASS Certificate: A certificate that has acquired the digital signature certification business right, and can be used more safely and conveniently.
[Notice]
- Available from Android OS 4.4 or later, fingerprint authentication may not be supported depending on the phone model.
- The service is not supported by pads/smartphone auxiliary devices/WiFi Only terminals.
- When installing and running the app in a 3G/LTE environment, data call charges may be deducted or charged depending on the plan.
- When using overseas, data roaming charges may apply if it is not in a WiFi environment.

[Access right items for PASS and necessary reasons]
1. Required access rights
#Phone permission: Required to obtain the necessary mobile phone status information for user authentication through mobile phone information and when collecting/transmitting app usage statistics.
#Storage space permission: Required for app usage statistics when storing certificate signing files and managing information.
2. Optional access rights
#Bio information: Used for fingerprint authentication.
#Camera: Used for authentication and driver's license shooting with QR code.
#Location information: Used to confirm the device's location when sending a mobile driver's license confirmation certificate.
* PASS permission can be changed in the settings application management PASS app permission menu of the mobile phone.
(Android Marshmallow 6.0 or higher)
