Hi, Paperang have been update for the past few week before.. I notice it change the language a bit and the type of operation. Before i only have to open the bluetooth only, now , bluetooth and also GPS for location. No more Qr scan... Can Paperang upgrade to multiple language?. Not many people know to use Mandarin and English. Sometimes they dont understand..thank you.

this device is cool... although most of the app is in Chinese, and English is My native tongue, I can still utilise the Paperang App as it is rather intuitive. This device is rad, it prints 4"x4" paper printouts of any image You can capture. It doesn't use ink though... but rather it utilises a process whereby it prints the image with heat. Rather like a Carbon Copy dealio, which is cool as your don't need ink!😁 It also has been handy of late with the Covid Pandemic spreading...C.C.P's Wuhan La

I change my review from 1 star to 5 stars. For those who cant use your gadget after the recent update u can ctct ur seller and give them the s/n code to activate again. I gave mine and it work again. U can also ctct them through the apps (mine-setting-help and feedback) itself but the reply will be longer.

Pretty bad app. Crashes, needs an account, does not save your work. Sometimes does.not connect to printer Terrible. I will go purchase the other app because it works

Loved it. Updated now it's in Chinese and I can't understand it and it doesn't connect to my device. Can't fix it. So bad too because before I loved it so much. Now useless and I bought supplies for nothing. Don't waste your money until they decide to fix it. No one responds .

Why won't it recognize my paperang printer at all after the update?? It was working perfectly fine for a year with the old app. With the update it's now useless. Can't recognize my device. It became so complicated and basically useless.

Half way using keep on pop out. Data gone did not save in the draft even after press "Yes" to save in draft. Feel want to throw my note 10 plus on the floor. Do one same design for 7 or 8 times !!!!! The one and only app in my phone that facing issue like this !

Cannot connect thru Bluetooth or QR code!!! Please fix this ASAP! I just got mine today but it's useless because it won't connect to my phone!!!!

Paperang app is very slow. When choosing photos from phone, the app takes long to load the photis. It does not attach the emoticons I saved. I think the paperang servers are slow.

It was a good app, but the updates... they've essentially rendered the app useless, along with my paperang. It takes ages to load in any image or text, and attempting to move them might cause the app to crash, alternatively, it will freeze even trying to edit an image. It used to be a breeze, but now it's a chore. Waiting for a fix.
