Description
Used by over 200 NHS hospitals and CCGs, Pando is a secure messaging app that helps you collaborate effectively with your team and other healthcare professionals. It is the largest & most widely used clinical messaging app in the NHS.
Pando offers secure instant messaging, including photo capturing and exporting directly to your NHS email. You are able to manage patient cards and your own tasks to make your workflow easier.
Connect with anyone in your Trust, or across the wider region and get access to the information you need immediately - without having to go through a lengthy process.
We want to make sure that you are able to switch off at the end of the shift. This is why Pando offers you the option to mark yourself unavailable, making sure that you are not disturbed.
Pando is PIN protected which means that there is a barrier between your personal and work data, making it safe to use on your personal device. All data is stored in the cloud on our ISO-certified servers.
Pando complies with the latest guidance on the use of instant messaging in the NHS, and features in a number of digital playbooks published by NHSX. It is Cyber Essentials certified and complies with all the relevant security standards under the Data Security and Protection (DSP) Toolkit and GDPR. Making sure that the data is kept safe is our priority, so you can do your best work possible without worrying.
