Scoped storage broke my use case for this app making it useless. Scoped storage prevents other apps from accessing your files which makes it impossible for music apps to build a playlist from them. I can no longer recommend this app. Please make this an optional feature.

Lasted update to secure storage seams to have broken the sync feature, which I use all the time.

Great 👍. Need to have the SSL figured out, then it's cool. Trying to figure it out. Server runs good on a virtual machine with its own ip address.

It was working fine for a while but after the camera path settings were changed and I pointed to the right path for pics and video, now the app crashes every time I open it. Update: This has been fixed!

Slow thumbnail load times, Auto uploads duplicate files until your server is full... if it works at all. Keep getting "Unknown error" Overall it is not very usable.

Switching between accounts is broken in this version. While I'm here: whenever I 'share' a local file to owncloud a menu pops up with account choices (because I have multiple accounts set up). My name is the same on all these accounts so I have no idea which is which. Can you change it to display usernames as well / instead?

Waste of time. Use Folder Sync app instead. This app can't sync photos from more than 1 folder. Can't set up folder to folder sync operations. It syncs photos from 1 folder as long as you don't lose network connection. if you do, it won't sync the pictures that are taken while the phone is off the network. They have a long way to go to make this app useable. However, I did find the Folder Sync app will sync with ownCloud. Much more flexibility and reliability.

I now have it running on a Raspberry pi which works much better than the Windows version I used for several years. Instant Upload used to work on our Android phones but not any more. We now have to manually upload. However with a 128 gig sd card we can store an enormous amount of stuff including videos, documents, scanned books, and use it to send large documents too large to send by email. We have all this stuff divided up into several sub directories. All of our PCs connected to it get copies.

First,Seems i cannot automatlly upload my old photos, and when i copy a photo into the sync folder, it cannot be detected. Second, if the app can let me sync more than 1 picture folder automatlly is better Third, if the app can let me sync a not picture folder automatlly is better.

Works great with my Owncloud server but the photos don't always seem to upload. Update: - Motorola G6 - Android version 8.0.0 - ownCloud for Android version 2.10.0 release 6d34130f8 - Power saving settings (default?, 30 second screen timeout). - The upload does execute if I open the ownCloud app settings and uncheck, then check the Picture uploads option shortly after taking a picture. - I am also using the finger print to unlock feature. Hope this helps! (Otherwise, I love this app.)
