The Oticon ON App provides discreet remote control of your hearing aids, letting you adjust the volume of your hearing aids independently, switch between listening programs, keep an eye on your battery level or even help you find your hearing aids if you lose them.
The Oticon ON App also enables you to:
• Access specific programs designed to help you move your attention away from your tinnitus - if enabled by your hearing care professional during the fitting session
• Handle wireless accessories paired with your hearing aids; control multiple TV Adapters, or devices such as Oticon EduMic or ConnectClip which can be used both for streaming and as remote microphones
• Fine-tune the sound when watching a movie or streaming audio using the streaming equalizer, for a personalized listening experience. The streaming equalizer is available for all Oticon Bluetooth hearing aids except Oticon Opn and Oticon Siya, if your devices support audio streaming.
• Set personal listening goals and follow your daily hearing aid use through HearingFitness™
• Connect to a wide variety of Internet-connected solutions through the Internet of Things
The Oticon ON App is compatible with all Oticon Bluetooth hearing aids. Depending on the hearing aids and the mobile device you are using, you may or may not have access to all features the app offers.

Right now I'm having PROBLEMS first right one doesn't work. Reinstalled the app worked for a while. Now left one isn't working!!!!!! It has the little tones to say it is on but has disconnected in the app. For the amount of money I'm spending they should darn well work!!! I have android and have the phone I can Bluetooth with but NEED both aides.

Still experiencing terrible inconsistent connection issues. Too often only one or the other hearing aid will connect. It is so annoying and ridiculous. Support person sent a suggestion which does nothing to help. Listening to spotify or phone conversations with one ear is not acceptable. It is 2021 for goodness sake. Is this the best we can do for Android users?

When it works it's wonderful. Unfortunately that's about 25% of the time. The rest of the time I'm on my own. Serious reliability issues. I've spent many, many hours uninstalling, forgetting devices and trying to connect. For what I paid for these devices you would think a functioning app should be a given. Apparently not. Outta sight outta mind...

I have a Samsung S10E, the audio keeps quitting intermentally thru either hearing aid. Also, says one hearing aid is at about to lose power... one is at 100% the other is at 1%. Turn off Bluetooth and reconnect and now they're both at 100%. Talked to my Audiologist and was told the Opticon ON app was originally developed for the Apple iPhone, the Android version still has a way to go. Considering all the droped calls and sporadic performance I'm thinking of not using it until they work it out.

It simply doesn't work. I have a Pixel 6 running Android 12. If I travel out of range of my phone, like walk to the mailbox without my phone it drops the connection and I have to turn off my hearing aids and reestablish the connection from scratch. Same thing when I get up in the morning and turn on my hearing aids, I have to start all over again. When it does connect and I try to stream audio, it just drops the connection at random, then turns my hearing aids on and off while it appears to look for the connection (the light on my right hearing aid blinks green sometimes). My Connect Clip doesn't work either. It periodically drops the connection which requires restarting the streaming program. This is a disaster. All other Bluetooth devices I use with my phone work fine.

App is excellent . Love the ability to use the 3 hearing programs for different situations. The TV adapter makes listening to television so much easier. I initially had some problems keeping the phone and hearing aids in synch but after getting some help from the support staff, phone music and audiobooks were coming in loud and clear. Apparently the Samsung S20 FE is not as compatible as some of the other androids, but the staff was able to teach me the work arounds which were simple and effective in having the phone interface with the hearing aids meet my needs. One small item I would like improved is the sign in for the hearing fitness account. It would be helpful to be able to see your password as you type it in. Some programs have a button (eyeball) so you can see what you typed. I am old and don't type very well so this would help me when I log In.

Does not support both hearing aids in a CROS or BiCROS setup. Only the main hearing aids is reflected in the app, so no control of balance or CROS volume! Constantly loses connection to "Hearing Fitness" unless app is in the foreground (and even then, it's very unreliable), so accuracy is Zero. C'mon, Oticon! I know you can do better.

Doesn't work left aid won't pair. Proabably Uninstalled reinstalled restarted 50 times this week. Doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results = insanity. Useless app. And I did email your support and that was useless as well. Come up with a solution. What year is this?

Oticon literature says "designed for iPhone. Works with Android." Barely. Bluetoorh constantly drops, requiring multiple restarts of the hearing aids. The support people say it's a known bug with Android, and to wait for a possible upgrade to Android...like it's Android's problem, which works fine with everything else. Frequently I receive a notification from the app, dated August 17, saying "We're here to help." Once again support tells me that can't be fixed. Poor design, poor support.

This app really needs to be updated! If you're connected via Bluetooth it automatically reroute to your hearing aid. Every time you open a new media app, every route to your hearing aid. Do you have to go in and turn this off manually every single time. But, you don't know that is connected to your hearing aid unless you press the volume up button. The only thing this app is good for is locating where your hearing aid last was. It's so annoying it's unreal. I hate this app. Please fix it!
