From the listing uploaded by “funtimegoods”.

Trapped in a prison hell, a desperate orange must play a deadly game if he ever hopes to be free. Can he escape before he's squeezed too far? Orange Roulette: Two Oranges, One Banana Bullet, Six Chambers. Are you lucky enough to survive? Features: -- Single Player Modes: Easy Orange for the sheepish, Iron Orange and Orange Royale for the challenge-thirsty. -- Local Multiplayer: Play with a friend on the same device, and prove who's luckier. -- An unsettling narrative that is also, oddly, full of puns. Find out where orange juice comes from in this shocking simulation. And remember - luck is an illusion.

Only if it is signed with the same certificate as the copy on your phone and isn't an older version. If Android says “App not installed”, the certificates differ; uninstalling your copy first works but deletes its data unless it is backed up.
