It is not connected to server most of the time and 1 out of 10 I am able to get service from the app, otherwise it is not connected or gives errors.

Again another version of this stupid application, I can not log in again, just try to make a good application then release and advertise please. Full of bugs, full of problems, They are always advertising about new shababiah digital sim and this application but be careful, be aware of these problems, I had and still have many complains, very bad customer support also, issue in getting plans, issues in nojoum points always, issues in payments and lost of credit 2 times, sorry for their IT team, useless and terrible plan, terrible operator in Oman, terribleeee!

Update: app was working fine but payment system is not. I recharged using dept card and deducted the amount from my back account but there was no credit in app's account. I waited for 10 days but the amount wasn't refunded to my banck account. Please review and fix the issue. Also, please save me the pain whenever I want to recharge my credit I have to enter dept card details everytime. Omantel has much user friendly way in terms of recharging. Please fix this as well.

The app very easily allows me to navigate my services. It also has a very friendly UI that even the most novice of tech users can understand. To end, the final cherry on top has got to be the daily free MB offers; the app notifies me when I have free data to claim, which is marvelous! (Who doesn't like free data am I right ?!)

I was under the impression that services would be handled with all the more direct, and clear cut communication during the lockdown period. Sadly I was horribly mistaken as I waited 5 days for a response on my enquiry, only to be redirected to speak with an AI (Saeed/Saeeda) who has provides no menu option to answer my query.

Every time I want to pay bills the app does not work and not easy to log in if forgot password forget about it not helping to reset password always says under maintenance even from the browser the online service of Ooredoo Oman is weak compared to competitors and I am highlighting this to you to aim and improve it as I want Ooredoo to be at high standard I care thus its a constructive criticism currently 1 out of 5 stars and am sure you will make it 10 out of 5 stars

The app sucks. Card details never saved and each time you have to reenter them. Keeps sending you text msg that you subscribed to bundle and nthn happens. Customer service guys also have no clue and some rude.

No matter how many times you creating an account you will not be able to login even if you would registered and signed up by Facebook or Twitter😡👎 they ask me about my information here and when I send them in their email they ignore it and I kept resending them install got ignore it never install this app

Not a intuitive app. For example, what the heck is Shabsbiah plan?? Does it include data? Voice? Or just Facebook? As an engineer, I find this convuluted. Hopefully with future updates, the developers can clean this up. 2 stars only. You earned it.
