Description

From the listing uploaded by “catappult”.

Meditation brings peace, focus and empowerment to our mind and body. It is an art by which we may experience a powerful connection with our inner being. The OM- primary sound of Vedas, is an ancient and powerful mantra which can create this connection. Chanting OM creates vibrations in our body and brings harmony among all the organs. Steps: Sit in padamasana posture in a calm place with your eyes closed. Inhale deeply to fill lungs with air and then exhale, slowly release while chanting OM. Focus should be in the center of forehead. Morning is a good time to meditate. Daily 5-10 mins will bring great results. Note: Use stereo headphones for best results. Features: -meditation quotes -simple interface -also works when screen goes off
