The Okdesk app is a fully-featured mobile workplace for service engineers and field workers.
With the Okdesk app you, and your employees or contractors will be able to:
- Interactively manage all ticket-related activities
- Communicate with ticket initiators, dispatchers or colleagues
- Instantly attach pictures as an evidence of completed work or signed work orders
- Register actual time spent on work
- Make routes to the address of the client or service aim
- Specify the cost of work completed or equipment installed
- Work with all features of QR codes for inventory or quick registration of infrastructure-related tickets
- And even submit new tickets directly from your smartphone.
