Description
The GIS Portal consists of a monitoring and management solution allows you to analyze the behavior of circuits in the customer environment Hi, and efficiently identify the impacts on the network and provide necessary solutions for fault correction and its impact within the client structure /provider.
The solution allows the customer Hi to management indicators and reports display providing a high level of management and control of contracted services, structured in such a way that the customer can view in general the behavior of each circuit (service).
The Portal provides a view of all the capabilities of the solution - monitoring management through availability alerts, and performance management through the historical behavior treated in an integrated way, allowing an evaluation of each point of the structure under a short vision, medium and long term, seeking to present technical and executive-level results to customers of Hi.
