I like the app its cheaper fare if you buy a day pass than cash I think month pass too and its easier to keep track of the pass unless you loose your phone

Unable to access app. Everything I try to launch the app it tells me it's unable to access the app and that I need to connect to wifi. I Uninstall the app and reinstall the app and nothing changes.

Great 👍 all-round easy to use app. Doesn't take up alot of space. If you get day pass on app you save 50 cents. I can dig that :)

It's okay in a pinch if I don't have cash. The readers on the buses really struggle to read the barcode, and it just holds up the line. I'd much rather swipe a pass and be done with it, or I'd use TAP if that was an option. Otherwise, the app works just well enough to buy passes, though I'll be buying them on paper for the time being.

Maybe just a freak coincidence, but this app never scans on my evening trip, and scans about 75% of the time in the morning. Both trips are on the (super old!) 71 buses. At first I thought it was an issue with the Galaxy S9 bezel screen, but now I'm pretty sure it's the bus scanners. The app should connect via Bluetooth, and only use the laser for phones without it.

Bad app not to mention a rip off of time and money. 9 out of 10 times the scanner says my tickets are invalid. Which leaves half of the time the driver will let me on or not. Well today they didn't and your company still had taken my money, and I not only wasted an hour looking for change, but paying for it the second time has gotten old. For anyone using this app beware of updates as well as your tickets will go missing after updates as well. Uninstalling this scam app.

App works totally fine for me. I've purchased single rides, youth pass, and a college pass with no issues. The only real issue is when you get on board and try to scan it on the bus and the machine has trouble reading the QR code. After riding so often I've learned that you have to lower the phone a bit more and it will usually scan it right away. You can also tap the screen and sometimes that helps. Overall, the app works fine for me and it's easy to use as well as convenient.
