Here are 5 stories from his collection of stories “4 Million”, published for the first time in 1906. These are ironic stories about ordinary inhabitants of New York at that time. The title of the collection is not incidental. It was a number of people that lived in New York at the time. O. Henry’s stories have a fine sense of humor and have unexpected resolutions, which allowed them to win the hearts of millions of people around the world. The book is a replica of the last century edition. We kept the fonts, page headers, and even left the title page so that a reader could touch the era when there were no tablets and smartphones.
