* Major overhaul of the Alert Detail screen, it now pulls some key information out of the alert and puts it in cards at the top for easy access.
* Material 3 design for the main app screens.
* Lots of new icons for more event types (fewer generic NWS logos!)
* "Advisory" events are now orange, to indicate they're more important than a Watch (yellow) but less important than a Warning (red).
* Many other changes - check the Change Log from the About screen in the app.

* Change polling interval from 5 minutes to 1 minute. Online discussions seem to indicate that still won't exceed the API limits, and it provides faster updates for fast-changing weather info.
