NovaTime Terminal

With the terminal app, bookings of the NovaTime time recording can be made directly with the smartphone. The functions of the program largely correspond to the 'mobile HTML terminal' with the difference that bookings can also be saved offline if there is currently no connection to the mobile network.
Only the "Terminal App" option must be licensed for NovaTime (option).

“Come”, “Go” and “Business trips” are available as booking buttons. There are also five freely definable function keys. These can be used for additional postings (e.g. flextime starting tomorrow, school today, on-call time, break) or account queries (e.g. balance, vacation accounts, wage types).

If there is an online connection for the app, queries and bookings are possible in real time. The time of the server is used as the booking time (setting), independent of the time of the client. If offline bookings are also to be saved (dead zone), the smartphone time is used (setting).

The identification of the employee can be set individually. ID card number, personnel number or name are available. As a password query, there are the options "Password" or "PIN code". The latter is only possible with the "Access control" option. Furthermore, a multi-user mode is available as an option. This allows a foreman, for example, to make bookings for his subordinates on the smartphone.

If the "Cost centers" option is available, cost center changes can be booked via the app (setting).
