Used to like it so much, its a good app back then. But recently it keeps on force closing. The app keeps on crashing and files are unaccessible even after i backup, redownload, move to other device and open it there. Please fix it! Maybe bugs or sth has happened to my files? Some are very important, pls fix it immidiately. Thank you.

I had hundreds of notes on this app, it was good for making notes for sure. One major problem I found was the cloud storage. This function should save notes on the actual account of the user, not the device. My phone got hacked and I had to factory reset. Fearing for my data on this app being deleted, I redownload the app and lo and behold, all my data is gone and there is no option for cloud data recovery unless I subscribe. Very disappointing and dissatisfying

I subscribed monthly for 1.49 so I could transfer my notes over to my new phone but it wouldn't let so me so I accidentally bought the yearly subscription thinking it would default and work properly without having to charge me or atleast come up with a prompt telling me that I already bought the monthy sub but it didn't so I'd like my 14.99 back please.

Great app that does editing, dictation, import, export, lists, memos etc. The scrolling feature works fine in all areas like settings, but inside a note it does not scroll freely (for me at least), one screen scroll at a time can be a nuisance in longer notes and most of mine are very, very long. Am I missing a hidden setting? Definitely a "keeper" though and worth the upgrade for the "sync" feature once this scrolling hiccup is solved or understood. All The Best, Phil

I have been using Notepad for several years now. I have always been a big fan of this app. I never had any issues with it, and it stored many, many important notes for me on my phone. I really liked that those notes were stored on my phone where I could easily access them. One day the app was working without issue. Then, later that day the app crashed. I updated it and after the update all the most recent notes I had saved were gone. The app reverted to old saved data. I am so disappointed.

Good app. Wish it had some organization tools kind of like Word. Also don't like how it jumps to the bottom of the notepad when I need to copy something or type something in. They need to add a 'scroll to bottom' button rather than making it automatically jump to the bottom.

Not sure why the notes don't auto back up, pretty pissed I lost years of poems, lyrics, and thoughts because I wrongly assumed they'd be backed up somewhere like most apps now days. It was a nice interface, which is the only reason it isn't a one star review. I'm pretty devastated right now. I lost the speech I wrote for my father's funeral, and I'm in tears over the loss of it. My phone screen is broken and I have no clue how to sync the notes without access to the app directly, and even if I did, it has previously not worked. Hopefully I can find the files before I change phones but idk how to do that either tbh.

I subscribed to this app due to the fact it stated you can sync with multiple devices, without the ads, but it doesnt. I have tried to contact the developer and have yet to hear back from them. I used to like the app, but this is very upsetting. Save your money! If you dont mind the ads its ok, if you dont want to sync with other devices its ok. UPDATE - Developer contacted me asked me to update my review before even fixing the issue. Very slow responding. Still no resolution. Deleted app

It's has a very pretty and easy to use interface as if you're writing in an actual notepad, my only issue with it is, as I store large notes in it to work out ideas and such, is that whenever I want to add something on the top of it, it takes me ages to get to that part, it's also a little inconvenient to add something at the beginning. If tapping once where you'd like to edit was added, it might even be a 5 stars, the ad at the bottom of the page isn't bothersome, hence the free version is good

I have employed this particular app for notes for approximately 4 1/2 years w/ NO problems. However, since your Oct 31st update, your app no longer displays the add note icon. Therefore I will not be able to rate it any higher than three stars. I will check back to see if there is any word from the developer; if we can improve or correct this issue, I will be happy to upgrade my rating. Thank you. Per the suggested response from Jonathan, I did locate the icon to add a new note & am upgrading my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars.
