Complete Garbage! I got the u- lock from the Kickstarter campaign. I just installed the app to set it up and it just stops at "saving settings to cloud". Tried 3 times, wait 15 minutes, nothing happens. What a complete waste of money. I would give it zero stars! so dissatisfied with this garbage after waiting over a year for the lock.

Terrible app that won't connect to the u lock. The fact that the app doesn't even recognize that I'm trying to connect a u lock is very telling about the level of app support. Support on the company's website is also nonexistent. Troubleshooting doesn't include help with actually unlocking the device. Would never buy another product from this company.

Terrible product. i just had to cut through a latch on a $600 shed. Lock would not open, even when green light came on. I've never had a problem with any of my digital Masterlock products. As an app developer, i can say the app is low quality and store listing shows they haven't updated the app in almost 2 years. The best solution for everyone would be for Noke to go out of business.

Nothing works with this app. Can't update firmware, app gets stuck at any "saving" screen, therefore won't save anything to lock or cloud properly. 1-step & 2-step unlocking doesn't work. Lock opens upon 2 presses of the shackle because my settings wont save. Has potential if they would just fix the app. Had my lock since original Kickstarter and just don't trust it to do anything as intended.

This Noke U-lock is complete garbage. The app is buggy and works 1 in 20 attempts for unlocking via bluetooth. The press combination works 1 in 10 attempts. There is no theft alarm or notification via app. Only comes in one color, black, which turns to rust within 2 weeks of leaving it outdoors. I couldn't remove the Noke U-lock from my bike by any means and had to leave my bike on a street corner overnight in Washington DC. Came back to cut it off the next day and my seat was stolen.

I will give it 2 stars for the look and ideal behind the lock but I've had my lock since April and havent gotten it to work right since. I've tried everything to get it to work. Lock was alot of money just give us a refund and I will wait until someone can come up with a lock that WILL WORK!! So frustrated.

The Noke U-Lock is a genuinely awful product. Arrived with a dysfunctional battery. Replaced with their battery of choice (which is a huge pain in the butt) and managed to open it half a dozen times before it died again on the same day. It's too big, too heavy, does not mount comfortably on most mountain bikes and will leave you stranded far too often. It is a great idea that went REALLY WRONG somewhere in the development process.

App is fairly mediocre and not recently updated. Have seen some crashes. Unlocking a Noke U-Lock works, but not reliably. It's often very slow. I noticed that unlocking the lock becomes a lot faster if you disable the phone's internet connection. Unlocking with a fob is a lot faster.

great idea but half the time i have to force close the app andbre open to get the lock to actually open. on my screen i get connecting then the green unlock but the lock doesnt actually open. looks like a regular issue a lot of people are having. fix this and its 5 stars from me.

The overall experience with the noke u-lock is bad. Bad. Bad. Bad. Slow and very laggy. When the app connects, and the lock responds it works as intended but this happens 5% if the time if that. Other times the app doesn't connect, or if it does, the lock doesn't unlock. Can't trust this lock or app to work.
