Crashes as soon as I tap a sound icon, on Pixel 4. Used to work fine. Maybe broken by an Android update?

The sound quality is ok, but not that good (this is a paid app, so I expected better). There is not a new sound since I bought it and I don't know how they are played (compared to other multimedia apps) but it's not working good: there is no global play/pause button, there is not a way to control the playback from the notification and the sound doesn't stop if you plug in/off headphones... The only way is to stop it from the app, everytime and for every single sound. Honestly I can't even see the real need of the updates they make since nothing is introduced (in years)... And I am referring to some feature (mentioned above) which are nearly fundamental. This app is not sufficient anymore, and I switched to another app which offers at least a play/stop button... Oh and it's free.

I like this app and use it a lot. It's simple and does what it says. The audio samples that are used aren't blended well when they loop. So if you listen long enough you will hear the "seam" between the end and then beginning. It's a bit annoying and if you use it to sleep and interrupt you out of it. If that issue was fixed this would be the perfect app. It wouldn't even be that hard to do. Just put a long slow fade out at the end of the sound file and a long slow fade in at the beginning. Have the beginning overlap. Then make sure when the app starts that it starts the sound file somewhere in the middle, so it starts at a normal volume.

I love this app and would love to give it five stars. Unfortunately, I have it downloaded on my Note8 and it shuts off constantly. It'll go for half an hour to an hour before shutting off. I've uninstalled and re-installed and I clean the cache every couple of days with no luck. I've also tried running it with a timer to see if maybe it had an automatic shut-off installed. Still no luck. Fix the shutting off problem and it'll be perfect.

If this app closes in background you can go to settings (gear icon on Samsung), search for optimize battery usage, show all apps and *turn off* optimization for Noisli. I guess developers should do something about it, to hint it somehow

Love the sounds, very high quality and perfect in a noisy office. I would give 5 stars but for 2 problems: the battery usage is insane - after just a couple of hours my phone shuts itself off, completely drained. The second thing is the usability - not intuitive, no explanations, no guidance. I want to listen to the rain, not have to research how to use an app.

The apps keeps crashing when I try and use it on my android!! What did I pay for!? Avoid.

I used to really enjoy this app, but in the three years since it was last updated, things have moved on. The biggest issue is it crashes whenever you try to use it in Android P this itself is terrible for a paid for app. There is also no streaming functionality, external speakers can offer a far superior experience than in built phone speakers so being able to cast the sound really is a must now. Hopefully these issues will be resolved soon.

UPDATE: I decided to pay the $10 and see the advantage of the pro features. They are nice but still seems like there are several updates that need to be made to justify that cost. The site works well but I feel like there should be more sounds and options for a recurring payment. ORIGINAL: 3+ years with no update and a $10 a month price tag for the pro features? Come on, that's ridonkulous.... I love noisli and used it for a long time until they implemented a daily timer, and took away a lot of the features. On top of that when using the android app, I like to a lot of times to play background music with the white noise and that's not possible. It's either one or the other. Noisli you are a shell of what you were when you started in the app and online game. Find a buyer that will be more about the user than your current management that is setting the direction for your brand. Because you guys are losing a fan base quickly..... Abandon ship....

I've been using the desktop app until it got a timer. I decided to give Android app a go. It is fine on a phone but looks terrible on my e reader. (Nova 3 color) please add a high contrast or bw theme. Also individual levels per component.
