Description
NN Direct is the application that brings to your phone what is most important to know about NN insurance and pensions.
You can pay your insurance premiums or voluntary pension contributions quickly and securely with any bank card, and you can save your card details to make payments easier. If you are among those with an appetite for investments, also through the application you can make transactions with fund units in a few simple steps.
Moreover, you have access to the history of paid insurance premiums and pension contributions and you can update your personal or contact details whenever changes occur, by simply scanning your ID card.
In case of an insured event, you can send us all the details through the dedicated menu in NN Direct, where you can later follow the status of your request. We will notify you if we need additional documents, which you can also upload to the application.
Account activation is short and remote, and for authentication you can choose the classic option (email and password) or, even simpler, with facial recognition or fingerprint.
To enjoy the new experience that comes with new features and information on your own, just update or download the latest version.
