Guys, I think you need to allow connectivity through wifi and not necessarily the original sim card in sim 1 tray. Your colleagues at CRDB are already doing it. It is no harm for you to copy from them in that space. It should not be a big deal if I have login details - meaning either sim 1 or 2 should allow me to login. You need to speed up guys.

I have downloaded this app and try to open an account but at the end its brings an sms sorry. Something went wrong. I tried so many times it still bring such sms. Please if you provide a such room for self open account via apps let it be quickly and not disturbance as right now.

Whenever I log out or get kicked out of the app, the sms verification is required. Sometimes it takes hours for verification message to arrive. More security but worst UX. There are some problems you need sort since when someone tries to log in you are told to use the original sim card. You can even change the mobile data sim card but they still tell you the same

I really don't understand why I can't access my account untill my line is in the same phone I'm using. As long as I have my credentials i should be able to access my account. Please improve this.

One day someone might get into a big problem due to poor services, for the whole day i have been trying to log in but i couldnt i even regreted having this please work on the verification code issue its horrible🤧

It's so disturbing to see that I can't access my account when I'm out of Tanzania, simply because I don't have the original sim card. I think this need to be resolved. CRDB and Tigo pesa are way far on this. We love NMB but you are going to loose us if you don't adopt to more friendly options☹️
