Basic information is there. Still lots of potential to be expected and improvements to be made. GPS routes are buggy. Map implementation needs a lot of improvement. How about setting destinations a la Google Maps or Waze? I bought a premium model (with questionable parts quality). I should at least get premium service and apps.

The scooter is great but the app is just a useless toy with very little value. The smart check is returning a perfect score even if the scooter is having issues and showing errors. Security settings are missing in the app because too difficult to fix (according to Niu support), instead the add new useless gimmicks.

UPDATE 7/26/2021 Something was updated and app works on Pixel 4A. App is great again. ORIGINAL REVIEW This worked great, but all of a sudden stopped working. I cant even open the app anymore. Not sure if it's due to the fact I am running Android 12 beta 3, or another reason?

Something fishy with the historic routes, first 4 maps correctly in Google maps. But after that it places all my rides in the Bering sea...

App updated and now won't let me bind to my bike as it needs approval from the owner! That's me. I can't get the approval from myself... now stuck as it says the binding would need removing from the owners app. Which, as it's me has been updated...argh!

Great app 😂 Unfortunately, the NIU N-GT Sport battery broke after one year in use. NIU has not been able to replace the battery for 22 days! Maybe next week 😞

Awful app I had a profile and it did log me off I can log back in as It says username doesn't exist and when I try to create another I get username allready exist. Ive lost complete functionality of niu app and I didn't do anything Absolutely Garbage

I wouldn't even recommend this app to my worst enemy. Doesn't work properly. Now filled with ads. Can't log in anymore. Chinese error messages. The scooter is nice, the app is trash.
