I purchased the door bell camera, so far I like it. It took me about 20 minutes to installed. Only issue is my wifi is not the best right now. So hopefully once i upgrade the wifi service it will be better. Sometimes it takes awhile to load up to get online. Great picture quality. Other than that i can't complain. Giving two stars a month later. The app. Is acting up. Will explain full detail later. Gonna give it one more chance.

This app is pretty much useless. I have never been able to see recordings, I get the notifications of movement detection but can never see anything and then cameras appear to be offline most times, even though DVR is connected to internet. I have to erase device and add it again to be able to see live view. Wish the developers would fix all these issues. Defeats the purpose of having an app if you cannot use it when you need it.

We like having a door bell camera. It has came in handy for sure.When viewing, I just wish it would leave a line to show movement so you can go back & look at the specific time. You have to go back & pick random times or watch it all suupper slow.To see anything going on the day or so before. No option to speed up either. Please update this stuff and it would be perfect!

Used to work fine....now you cannot access cameras via app. For MONTHS now I have NOT been able to access my 3 cameras via the app. I've deleted app and reinstalled it...nothing. I can access it via the DVR but the app is officially useless. What's the point of an app if you can't use it to do as it advertises?!? It constantly says offline!

No app support.. save your money!! I Reviewed this app poorly and I was sent a response that says that I could contact them for support. Upon trying to contact them for support and automated phone message tells me that they no longer provide support for systems that were purchased over 2 years ago, even though this is an app. Issue. Do yourself a favor, and purchase another brand camera system that will allow you to view your system remotely. Just look at all of the negative (one star) reviews.

This app sucks and so does the camera system. I switched from a Samsung camera system because I needed more cameras, never again will I purchase Night Owl cameras. It looked good on paper but the horrible software on both app and camera system leaves me missing my old system. I'm so frustrated with it, I'm ready to rip it out and throw it in the trash. The hardware is no better, after 1 year I've already had 2 cameras fail. I regret this $700 purchase.

This worked for a few weeks, just slow sometimes, but now it won't connect to my system and keeps telling me to add device... Which would be okay but it won't, even when it sees my device or when I try to add it manually. Worthless just like everyone says!

I have to keep reinstalling the app. I believe this should be a simple issue to solve. And still doesn't work sometimes. Why when I open the app it keeps saying add device and I get that off;therefore, I can't see anything. I also trying to reset my password. They said to check my email but no email found.

Working great for about a year now. Seven cameras currently connected. We did have to get extra power cables to get everything working, but I can even pull all 7 up at work on company wifi. The power cables seem to be the weak link. If yours is not showing all cameras, try adding more power split cables.

Only had app for about a week and its already offline. None of the troubleshooting works! 04-06-2021 I have not been able to access app for months now, no recording playback prior to continuous offline issues. Re-install and now will not add device!!! 4-26-21 PLEASE FIX THIS APP! 9-11-21 Still no fix to this app. Guess its time for a new system! Total waste of time, money!
