Description
The NCR FastLane SelfServ™ Checkout NextGen Mobile Remote Attendant Program
(NCR NextGen Mobile RAP) application provides a user interface that can run on
mobile devices through a wireless connection from an NCR RAP Server.
The NCR RAP Server can be installed on an NCR SelfServ Checkout desktop RAP, lane, or a standalone PC.
The NCR NextGen Mobile RAP application includes the following features:
• Monitoring lanes and their status
• Viewing a transaction e-receipt for a lane
• Managing transactions requiring attendant interventions
• Adding items to a transaction
• PA/PLA Intervention Handling on Mobile RAP
• Smart Assist Intervention Handling on Mobile RAP
• Scanning of Item using Mobile RAP
• Data Needed Interventions Handling on Mobile RAP
• Intervention Notification (Sound and Vibration only)
• Hide/Show Inactive (Close, Offline, Unreachable only) Lanes
