Radio station is great very informative love the various shows on it from off the ball to breakfast shows to Gillian Anderson to Shane Coleman and Killian, however that damn go loud app is horrible, random adverts in the middle of a new bulletin or talk show ridiculous considering there are adverts on the station anyway. Smh

I listen every day usually in the morning on the app but it is really annoying when you are listening to a feature or interview and it gets interrupted by an ad and you miss what they were talking about.

since app was updated I can't find show I want. 30/8/21 Newstalk stops when phone goes into screen off mode. Also podcast not working, when podcast is selected current live program is played.

its dead jim, will not get past loading screen, just get a blank white page the ads interruption is non stop, worse than the RTÉ player and I thought that was impossible 😅

The app consistently cuts over the presenters and interrupts interviews to play its own ads, not great considering I listen to enough ads as it is. Uninstalled it. It offers nothing I don't get from a radio. I'll just use a regular radio app.

Following last update, App keeps cutting out or sound is distorted. Then goes back to ads when restart. Had to delete.

Randomly Jumps to ads in the middle of content. Podcasts are awkward to navigate and find. Listen back content shows up a lot later than on the website. Changing network triggers ads. There doesn't appear to be a way to pause live broadcasts. You'd have a better ux just using a radio.

I like the shows but adds coming in during discussions I am listening to. Always happens when I leave or Enter the house i.e changing between Wifi and Mobile Data

When listen to this app live,on a phone, the signal drops and you miss out on whats been said and it's really annoying. I can listen to podcasts and this doesn't happen

I really dislike the the new app. It's really hard to use. There have been a few times I've wanted to listen to newstalk live but it didn't work. It often plays ads if my internet drops for any reason and then I miss a minute of radio (annoying during the news sections!). I've swapped to to the app RadioPlayer. I want one app for one radio station. I wish I could hit play to listen to the radio, and for an easy search function for my favourite podcasts. Its too dark as well.
