They don't notify of you a monthly payment change or short payments and just wait to say surprise you owe us an absurd amount of late fees because they don't contact their customers. I can't wait to be rid of this terrible company. If you're a new newrez customer I'm sorry for you you have just engaged with the worst period of your life dealing with these thieves. I have already reported them to the FDIC and federal reserve for their shady practices.

Doesn't allow adding existing loans, had to add it through the website. Then when trying to pay for my loan on the app, it doesn't even accept payment. Pretty useless... You're better off with just using the website.

As they have said before the old app work fine the new one after update won't work at all it won't let me put in a username tells me on my password that it needs to add with a address for email I go to the website it's no better so now I'm not sure how to make my house payment and can't rate the apps for ads because I can't even get in

Before the update the app worked ok. After the update it is extremely slow and you can't even get into the statements section. It just spins saying please wait. Have to force close the app to get out.

The new signon is terrible! The instructions cover the username so you can't see it. I had to turn the screen sideways and go in blind.

Tried making an account for my loan account, but nothing happened when I used the "find my loan" option. I have no idea if I added the info incorrectly, or if the app can't find my loan. Well, this is terrible of I can't get to my loan! When will you guys fix it?

This app is the biggest joke of all the apps I've ever downloaded. It literally has not worked more than one time in 6 months. Keeps saying invalid login even though I know it is not.

I tried for over 3 hours to get the app to work, even with correct username and password it NEVER let me in to make a payment. Everything NEW is not ALWAYS IMPROVED...just saying..
