All versions of Network Log

Fix an issue introduced by previous update (Lollipop fix) that prevented logging from working on some earlier (Jelly Bean, etc) devices. Should now work on all versions of Android from Gingerbread (Android 2.3) and up. Please use the in-app Report Bug/Feedback menu option to let me know if you have any issues or feature requests.
