16 October 2021. Update Messed it up some more with this latest update. It was fairly flakey before now it won't even start. Has it been hacked it appears to be trying to access PayPal? Frost Protection no longer works. I am so angry why can't you just leave things alone. I now have to turn the unit off because Frost Protection no longer works.

I'm using this app from one year now and this is working great. I'm using two smartphones to control the unit from outside. If you could make it work better with Google Home, to have more options available, this would be great. Edit: Does not associate anymore with Google home. Please fix it!

doesn't work at all, need a wifi connection to servers just to control an appliance? seriously? and it's always stuck at 99% for the last of the 4 items, and then fails, you know this but won't fix because the app is free

latest update broke it(almost a week ago now). crashes on startup and wants to send bug report via email. email returns undeliverable. Expected a major bug like this to be resolved much quicker.

Not working on my Android Motorola g stylist2021 phone its bringing up information that's wanting me to send an email on report of it not working right but keep getting back email un deliverable but after seeing a report from sketc6995 that they said using the location would cause it not to work right so I don't like he said and canceled the warning to use location it's working good now so far don't know for how long but never had no problems with it till they've done a update the update sucks

Your updated app crashes when location is on......but not when location is off. Also the reports generated by the app get returned. Mail undeliverable. Just had 5 reports bounce back.

It was working fine... now it disconnects and generate a crash report that can't be delivered. Anyone knows a phone number to call?

App completely dead after last update. Just crashes and boots you to an email, which has an address that doesn't work. App no longer works at all.

Works way better than ciello, however after a few days it shows off line. Must re connect. Rather frustrating, recent update October, now crashes.
