Cerberus NetCONNECT provides all the functionality necessary to quickly resolve service-affecting issues or to provide real-time information on the status of outstanding support queries. It also provides sales teams with instant access to availability data for the full range of Cerberus FTTC, ADSL and EFM connectivity.
