The app has a lot of potential, I like the new design (compared to BT24) but the bugs after each update ... is frustrating. If I want to check my balance in Neo, it closes, if I want to check my card closes and this only if is not an error when I open it and try to login. To fix it I have to uninstall the app, to clear cache, to reinstall, go through all the steps to register... this is time consuming and happens way too often. L.E. works now still needs stability improvement and better testing.

Garbage interface, colorful, overloaded and with poor legibility. They were probably thinking about the corporate idiots customer base, who like staring at pretty packages. I would like the previous version back. It was bare bones but it got the job done.

Update: now it works really good, however the menu system is a bit complicated. It is necessary 4 5 steps to verify your credit account's transactions. Something this important should be reachable from the start IMO. Won't start... HUAWEI P20 PRO A10

After I've just updated the app it won't open at all. Just when I need to extract some documents it decided it won't work 😁. It shows the loading screen and then it closes. "Great" job dev team!! Might be changing banks after all!

Why does the app need my location? I guess you do not care about personal data protection. As long as I can authenticate with my Digipass there is no extra security risk. The previous app of BT was worse it needed access to contacts.I guess same developers are there. No other banking app that I'm using needs location e.g. Ing. You can infer the country from my ip address why would you need to know whether I'm on the beach in a restaurant... This is unnecessary invasion into my privacy.

App stopped working after last update, crashes at startup every time, I even force stopped the app and cleared cache. Still not working. Will change my star rating if you make it work again.

After updating the app, it keeps crashing and to be honest BT24 app was way much better than NeoBT app. Moving from BT24 app to NeoBT app is more of a downgrade rather than an upgrade. It's so so annoying 😡.
